Our Senior Portrait sessions include an unlimited number of pictures taken and an unlimited number of clothing changes (limitations are only by the amount of time we have for our shoot and how many changes of clothing you want to go through!).
Please understand that your session involves more than just the time it takes for the actual
photography. It requires the scheduling of appointments, travel times (if applicable), setup time,
color correction, cropping or digitally enhancing images. When we leave you, our job is still in
progress.
We believe that each customer has different needs when it comes to the size and number of prints. We offer several packages or you design yourself, thus giving you the flexibility to order only what you need.
When viewing prints from the camera original images decide on facial expression. The original
camera images are not color corrected, cropped or digitally enhanced. The final result is an artistic representation of the person that is created in the digital darkroom. Since the shoot is all digital you can choose to have the final images be black and white, color or sepia toned at no extra charge.
We also have a portable changing tent so you can feel comfortable changing outdoors.
[accordion] [toggle title=”What to expect from your session.”]Time: Our sessions can last anywhere from 1 – 2 hours, during which time we simply have a great time making some wonderful pictures together. This is a wonderful opportunity to live it up and be the total center of attention. We hope you take advantage and enjoy it!
Location: Our custom portrait sessions are done at a location of your choice to suit your individual needs, which can be (park, home, or mountain retreat). We enjoy making portraits where you are most comfortable, can relax and be yourself. Your choice in where to have a portrait created plays a great deal in the final results and should be considered carefully.
What to wear? Wear something simple or fashionable without going overboard. Clothing should fit well. If in doubt bring a few options and we will decide together. Avoid major fashion statements or any clothes that will distract from the main feature (that being you of course).
Hair: Go with a hairstyle that works for you and has worked in the past. The photo session is not the time try out a radical new style. If you use product in your hair, you can bring extra with you. Also unless you are getting your hair done, bring your favorite brush in case we need to get rid of some frizzes.
Color or Black and White? You can have your choice or both if you want. All photos are taken in color and can be converted to black and white. You can change outfits and hair styles during the photo session as often as you wish to get the different looks you want for your senior portraits. Your portfolio photo session may include head shots, full body shots, indoor shots and outdoor shots. Have some experimenting you want to do? We will allow plenty of time to create those unique shots you’ve always wanted to try. Because of the time needed to try different looks, it’s hard to determine the actual number of completed shots you will receive. All packages it’s all about creativity and less about quantity. These are only guidelines. Anything above or between the packages can be achieved, just let us know, and I’d be happy to give a quote or work to fit your budget.

The portrait creation fee is due when you schedule your portrait sitting. If you need to cancel your sitting for any reason, your check will not deposit unless you fail to give us 48 hours notification of the cancellation. We are happy to reschedule a session, given enough notice, as we understand that everyone lives a busy life and things can just “come up”.
Copyrights & Image Reproduction
NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs without Photographer’s permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
Xposer Photography retains full copyrights to the images taken. These images may not be scanned or reproduced without our express, written permission. Please do not copy or scan the images.
You may not edit the photographs in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, removal of watermarks, cropping, or using filters.
We do our best to keep our prices reasonable while offering the highest quality final print you will find from any photographer. If digital images are printed only prints through photographer will be guaranteed for color and quality.
We hope that you will see the value in our products and choose to help our business thrive by purchasing the images. We reserve the right to use the image for promotional or competitive purposes. We understand that not everyone wishes to have their pictures shared on a website or in a brochure. We will be happy to discuss this issue with you and make appropriate arrangements if you are not comfortable with images of your family or children being used in this fashion.
Payment & Orders
We accept all major credit cards, cash or check as forms of payment.
Non sufficient funds fee are $20 plus collection costs of 20% of check total.
Sitting fee is non-refundable
Locations & Travel
We are happy to travel to a location of your choice within the Denver Metro area at no additional charge. For us, traveling and photography go hand in hand. Travel beyond an hour will be billed at $50/hour in 1/4 hour increments of $12.50, not including the first hour of travel.
Shipping
Shipping fees will be billed to all orders that are sent to our clients. This fee will vary depending on the sizes of the prints included in the order.
Package ordering
Orders must be placed within 2 weeks from delivery of proofs.
Digital proofs will be deleted after thirty (30) days. A $50 fee will be charged to re-post digital proofs.
Orders will be delivered in 4-6 weeks from order date.
Rush Orders
Year book photo submission will be charged $50 if the deadline is 3 weeks or less.
Full payment for an order must be received before the order will be processed.
1) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the ordinary negligence of the provider or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this event, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: Xposer Photography and/or their owners, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, insurance carrier, and agents, the activity or event holders, activity or event sponsors, activity or event volunteers.
2) I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned in the above paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity or event, whether caused by the negligence of such entities or persons or otherwise.
I acknowledge that Xposer Photography is NOT responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity on behalf of Xposer Photography.
I acknowledge that this activity or event may involve physical activity, and may carry with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. Photographer takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing the photographs including using professional grade equipment and professional grade backup equipment. However, in the unlikely event these photographs are lost, stolen, or inadvertently destroyed for reasons beyond photographer’s control, photographer’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received minus work already completed. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures lost based on the percentage of total number of originals.
I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
PARENT/GUARDIAN WAIVER FOR MINORS (Under 18 years old):
The undersigned parent and natural guardian does hereby represent that he/she is, in fact, acting in such capacity, has consented to his/her child or ward’s participation in the activity or event, and has agreed individually and on behalf of the child or ward, to the terms and release of liability set forth above.
The undersigned parent or guardian further agrees to save and hold harmless and indemnify each and all of the parties referred to above from all liability, loss, cost, claim, or damage whatsoever which may be imposed upon said parties because of any defect in or lack of such capacity to so act and release said parties on behalf of the minor and the parents or legal guardian
